Decide on the future of YOUR pay

Last year, because of our hard work, Crown Melbourne made record profits. They raked in $662 million! That’s a profit of $95,000 per staff member.

But, in return they’ve offered us a measly pay increase of just 2.5% per year – or $0.75 per hour and no recognition for work on Friday and Saturday nights.

Working on weekends means we sacrifice time with our family and friends. We miss birthdays, special events, participating in sports and quality time with loved ones. We deserve to be compensated, and that’s what union members are fighting for.

It’s time for Crown to recognise our sacrifice and reward our work. That’s why all staff are going to an all staff meeting on July 14. This is your chance to have a say on your pay.

Crown’s substandard pay offer affects all of us, so non-members are urged to attend.

Meetings go for half an hour. Pick a time below & RSVP now.
